Join us for a powerful gathering designed to help you reconnect with your cycle, support your hormones naturally, and learn how to work *with* your body—not against it. We’ll meet on the beach for a workshop led by **Maddy Pollack**, diving into the foundations of hormone balance through **nutrition, movement, and stress management**—plus how to safely integrate **cold plunging** into your wellness routine with your hormones in mind.

Following the workshop, **Evelina Samuelsson** will guide a grounding 30-minute **sound healing session**, supporting integration and relaxation before we walk over to **Likeminded** for a hot sauna + cold plunge to round out the evening.

This is a space for connection, education, and tuning into your body’s wisdom.



**Meet the Hosts:**


**Maddy Pollack** is a certified Integrative Nutrition and Hormone Health Coach and yoga instructor. After surviving cancer at 25, she dedicated her life to helping women balance their hormones naturally and live in sync with their cycles. Maddy blends science and soul to empower women to feel confident and connected in their bodies.

**Evelina Samuelsson** is a certified Health Coach and sound healer with a passion for hormone and gut health. She is the co-founder of Likeminded, a wellness studio in Venice offering sauna and cold plunge. Evelina supports clients in regulating their systems through food, lifestyle, and the power of sound.
