By participating in Barre at the Bar hosted by The Wellthy Paige at Acreage by Stem Ciders, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily engaging in physical activity that may involve strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular exercise. I understand that participation carries a risk of injury and agree to assume full responsibility for my own health and safety.

I hereby release and hold harmless The Wellthy Paige, Acreage by Stem Ciders, event organizers, instructors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages that may arise from my participation in this event. I confirm that I am physically able to take part and have consulted a physician if needed.

Additionally, I grant permission for photos and/or video recordings of me taken during the event to be used by The Wellthy Paige and Acreage by Stem Ciders for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes without expectation of compensation.

By attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and release.
