**BARRE Hop** is a unique event series created by fitness instructor Bethany Pierce, where participants travel to and experience barre classes at local wineries, breweries, and community venues while connecting with others through movement, wellness, and fun.



### 🍺 BARRE Hop at Tröegs

Starting this October, **BARRE Hop is coming to Tröegs Independent Brewing!** Join us on the **3rd Saturday of each month** for a one-of-a-kind barre experience right alongside the brewhouse tanks.

Each month will bring the same signature BARRE Hop experience you know and love—with an energizing full-body barre class, a unique brewery setting, and plenty of time afterward to hang out, connect, and enjoy Tröegs.

More than just a workout, BARRE Hop is an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life, move your body, connect with others, and spend time noticing yourself. Bethany’s classes are known for blending fitness with encouragement, mindfulness, and the belief that true wellness comes from caring for both the mind and body.

Each event features an energizing, full-body barre class suitable for all fitness levels, followed by time to relax, socialize, and enjoy the host venue. Whether you’re attending solo or bringing friends, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive and uplifting community.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in this fitness class and related activities, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I understand that participation in fitness activities, including barre classes, involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, illness, injury, or other medical conditions.
2. I certify that I am physically able to participate in this activity and have consulted a physician if I have any concerns regarding my health or ability to participate.
3. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event and accept full responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur.
4. I release and hold harmless Bethany Pierce, the event organizers, the venue, its owners, employees, representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in this event.
5. In the event of an emergency, I authorize emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary and understand that I am responsible for any associated costs.
6. I grant permission for photographs and/or videos taken during the event to be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes unless I notify the instructor in writing prior to the event.
