The Bar meets Barre!

​We are partnering with the [Florida Association for Women Lawyers Miami Dade (MDFAWL)](https://www.mdfawl.org/) for a barre experience, reimagined. This isn’t your typical "yoga mat and granola bar" fitness event —it's a unique experience that blends the energy of a barre class with the social vibes of a good ol' happy hour!&#x20;

This pop-up will be hosted at Ampersand Studios, a vibrant coworking space in the heart of Miami. Unique to this experience, you will have your own individual barre station, mimicking a true barre studio session. ***Your ticket will include one complimentary immunity shot and mocktail from our curated bar—plus bites from our partner. We got you covered with all the workout equipment.***\*\*\*\* Optional for you to bring a towel and socks.

Parking onsite is located behind the building in a gated lot. Use the front door entrance by exiting the lot and walking along the sidewalk to the corner of NE 17th ST and NE Miami CT.

Food and Beverage Disclaimer:

I understand that The Barre Bar, LLC is not responsible for any issues that may arise from the consumption of any beverages or food products provided during the event. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for assessing any potential risks associated with consuming these products.

Photo and Video Release:

I hereby grant The Barre Bar, LLC permission to capture and use photographs and videos taken during the event for marketing purposes. I understand that these images and videos may be used across various marketing channels, including but not limited to email marketing, social media, website, print marketing, out-of-home marketing, event marketing, and marketing handouts such as brochures, business cards, flyers, and commercials. I acknowledge that these materials may be used in additional channels as they become available.
