"Bathe in Beats" Official Wellness Social Kickoff Party at SXSW 2026 Powered by Tejas Tonic

Bathe in Beats is the most epic wellness social of SXSW.

A heat-meets-bass, cold-meets-connection, soak-meets-dance collision of music, culture, recovery, and Austin energy.

This is not a panel. Not a trade show. Not a blackout rager.

It's the kickoff dance ritual for creatives who want to last the whole week.

WHAT THIS IS

A 4-hour immersive, open-flow experience where:

• Live musicians build from ambient sunset into groove-forward dance energy
• Founders and artists cold plunge between conversations
• Media and musicians sweat it out in wood-fired saunas
• Fire cupping, chiropractic, and oracle readings happen simultaneously
• Wellness demos flow into sound baths flow into comedy shows
• Red light, mineral water, and basslines coexist beautifully
• The dance floor happens in a soaking garden

It's playful. It's elevated. It's embodied. It's where the real ones meet before the week explodes.

THE ENERGY ARC

4:00PM — ARRIVAL + SOFT LANDING
Doors open. Vertical Circles plays live in the garden. Sunlight. Ambient grooves. First plunge. First hug. MC Markus welcomes you home.

4:30PM — ACTIVATIONS BEGIN
All rooms light up. Wellness demos upstairs. Fire cupping with Dr. Tom. Chiropractic adjustments. Massage with herbal salves. Oracle readings in the garden. Mermaid floating in mineral pools. Vendor activations woven throughout.

5:00PM — IMMERSION MODE
SaxxDoc takes over the garden. Flow State Sound Bath in the Lumen Room. Contrast rituals. Movement. Conversation. Laughter echoing off the water.

6:00PM — YOGA MERMAID + PILATES
Yoga flows in the main room. Shine Hot Pilates heats up the Lumen Room. Nyoki spins in the garden. The energy builds.

6:30–7:45PM — GOLDEN HOUR PEAK
The garden transforms. Wet Podcast Comedy Show takes the main room. Manny Dojo brings dance-forward energy to the garden. Downtempo turns to movement. Steam rising. Bodies dancing. This is the social dance moment.

7:45–8:00PM — SUNSET INTEGRATION
Music softens. The city calls. You leave charged, not depleted.

THE EXPERIENCE

You're floating in a heated mineral tub while live music fills the garden.

You just got fire cupping upstairs, had your oracle read in the sauna, and a massage with herbal salves between cold plunges.

There's a comedy show. A sound bath in an infrared-equipped room. Mermaid yoga. Hot Pilates. Aura photography. Wellness demos that actually matter.

And somehow, it all makes sense.

This is Bathe in Beats. The most elevated, most you-had-to-be-there wellness social SXSW has ever seen.
