Join us for a full day of padel, food, music, ping pong, and fun as we celebrate the launch of our newest location in Sunnyvale! Free for Members.

🗓️ **What to expect:**

**Starting at 11:00 AM**

* **Padel Clinics**  — perfect for new players or anyone looking to improve their game.
* **Open Plays** — jump in, mix with others, and enjoy casual games.
* **Food Truck** on site all day long so you can fuel up between matches or just come hang out and enjoy good food and good company.
* **Ping Pong Tables** — available all day. Challenge a friend or pick up a paddle between padel games!

**Starting at 2:00 PM**

* **King of the Court** matches — bring your competitive edge and take the throne!
* **More Padel Clinics** – Keep learning with our amazing coaches.
* **Live DJ** – Spinning from the afternoon into the evening to keep the energy high.

**Starting at 4:00 PM**

* **Glow Padel** in the evening — lights off, neon on. The courts will glow, the DJ will be spinning, and the vibes will be high.

**Event concludes at 6:00 PM**

1. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
This policy applies to both late cancellations and no-shows.

1.1. Cancellation windows:

Unlimited Members (including but not limited to Unlimited, Shareholders and Ambassadors): must cancel at least 6 hours before the scheduled time.
Standard Members (including but not limited to Founding Members, Students, Google Members, and Regular Members): must cancel at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
Non-members and guests must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
1.2. Charges:
PADEL PROGRAMS

If a player cancels after the allowed window—or if players do not show up—the following charges will apply:

Unlimited Members (including but not limited to Unlimited, Shareholders and Ambassadors) will be charged the Standard Member program rate, charged to the card on file.
Standard Members (including but not limited to Founding Members, Students, Google Members, and Regular Members) will be charged their Standard Member program rate, charged to the card on file. If they have already paid the Standard Member rate for the program, no additional charge will be made.
Non-members or guests will be charged the Non-member program rate. If they have already paid the appropriate rate for the program, no additional charge will be made.
PICKLEBALL PROGRAMS

If a player cancels after the allowed window—or does not show up—the following charges will apply:

If the program was free for the member (regardless of their membership type), and the player cancels late or does not show up, they will be charged the Non-member program rate, to the card on file.
If the player already paid for the program, no additional charge will be made, regardless of membership type.
This policy applies to all participants, including:

Unlimited Members (e.g., Unlimited, Shareholders, Ambassadors)
Standard Members (e.g., Founding Members, Students, Google Members, Regular Members)
Non-members and guests
1.3. Substitutes:
No fee will be charged for any player who finds a substitute before the start of the booking.

2. Late Arrival Fees
Participants who arrive 30 minutes or more after the scheduled program start time may be charged a late fee, regardless of whether they are ultimately able to join the session.

PADEL Late Fee:

$25 fee for Non-members
$15 fee for Standard Members and Unlimited Members
PICKLEBALL Late Fee:

$15 fee for Non-members
$10 fee for Standard Members and Unlimited Members
Bay Padel reserves the right to determine if a participant's late arrival disrupts the program to the extent that a fee is warranted.

3. Payment Requirements
3.1. All program fees must be paid in full at the time of booking. Registration is not complete until payment is received.

3.2. If, for any reason, the program fee was not successfully paid at the time of booking, Bay Padel reserves the right to automatically charge the participant’s card on file to collect the outstanding balance.

4. Booking Terms
4.1. Advance Booking

Programs can be reserved in advance by both members and non-members through Bay Padel’s booking platform. The allowed booking window varies depending on membership type.

As a general guideline (subject to change per program), the typical advance booking windows are:

Unlimited Members: up to 45 days in advance
Standard Members: up to 30 days in advance
Non-members and guests: up to 15 days in advance
Bay Padel may adjust these windows on a program-by-program basis.

4.2. Weather-Related Cancellations

For outdoor courts, Bay Padel reserves the right to cancel and refund reservations due to rain or adverse weather conditions up to one (1) hour before the scheduled time.

5. Liability Waiver
5.1. Assumption of Risk

By booking a court at Bay Padel, you acknowledge that padel and pickleball, as well as other activities available at the facility—including but not limited to ping pong, cornhole, pool table, and bouncy house—carry inherent risks. These risks include but are not limited to slips, falls, collisions, and equipment-related injuries. You voluntarily assume these risks and release Bay Padel from liability. 

If the participant is a minor (under 18 years of age), their parent or legal guardian acknowledges these risks on their behalf and accepts full responsibility for their participation. The parent or legal guardian agrees to all terms of this waiver and releases Bay Padel from any liability related to the minor’s participation.

5.2. Safety Guidelines

 You agree to follow all safety rules set by Bay Padel. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your reservation and restricted future access to the facility.

5.3. Injury and Damage Disclaimer

 Bay Padel is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage occurring during your time at the facility. By booking, you waive any claims against Bay Padel, its employees, and affiliates.

 Note: First aid assistance may be available but does not imply liability.

6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Bay Padel harmless from any claims, costs, or damages, including legal fees, arising from:

Your use of the facility.
Violation of these terms.
Disputes with other users.
7. Policy Updates
Bay Padel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on Bay Padel’s website or app. It is your responsibility to review updates periodically.

8. Photo and Video Consent
8.1. Use of Likeness

By entering Bay Padel facilities or participating in any activities, you grant Bay Padel the right to photograph, record, or otherwise capture your image, likeness, and/or voice during your visit.

8.2. Purpose and Scope

These photos or videos may be used for promotional, marketing, or informational purposes, including but not limited to Bay Padel’s social media channels, website, and other digital or print materials. No compensation will be provided for such use.

8.3. Opt-Out

If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, you must notify staff upon arrival. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, full exclusion from all media cannot be guaranteed in public areas.

9. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By booking a court at Bay Padel, you confirm that:

You have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and the liability waiver.
You are of legal age or have the capacity to enter into this agreement.
