Join us for a powerful two-day experience of movement, connection, and community as we raise awareness for **suicide prevention and mental health support**.

**Day 1: Be Present Social**

Start the weekend by grounding yourself and showing up for your community. The **Be Present Social** is all about taking time to pause, move, and connect. Enjoy a morning filled with **Pilates, Yoga, Strength, and Dance classes**, plus recovery and wellness activations from our partners. It’s your chance to recharge, connect with others, and set the tone for the impactful weekend ahead.

**Day 2: Just Show Up 5K**
📅 **Sunday, November 2nd**
📍 **Domain Central Park**

The next morning, lace up and run (or walk) with us for the **Just Show Up 5K**—a community race dedicated to raising awareness for suicide prevention. Together, we’ll honor those we’ve lost, support those who are struggling, and remind each other of the power of simply showing up.

*Hope Booth raises funds to create and place interactive “Hope Booths” around communities—immersive phone booth–style experiences that share messages of encouragement, resources, and mental health support. Their mission is to spark connection, reduce isolation, and provide hope for those struggling, while raising awareness for suicide prevention.*
