THE WELLNESS KICKBACK – EVENT WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By registering for and attending The Wellness Kickback Beach Kickback event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in fitness activities, beach games, recreational movement, and wellness experiences involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, dehydration, heat-related illness, or other physical harm. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

I certify that I am physically able to participate in these activities and have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional. I agree to listen to my body, participate at my own pace, and stop any activity if I feel discomfort or concern.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge The Wellness Kickback, its founders, team members, partners, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while participating in this event.

I understand that this event takes place outdoors in a beach environment and acknowledge additional risks including uneven terrain, weather conditions, water exposure, and other natural elements.

I grant permission for The Wellness Kickback to capture photos and videos during the event and to use this content for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation.

I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings and agree that The Wellness Kickback is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

By registering for this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver.
