***Movement, Strength & Gut Health with Daily Nouri***

## Flow into Spring, Strength & Social with this beachside wellness experience designed to bring together movement, strength, and community. This immersive morning blends Pilates, functional strength training, and conversation to support energy, longevity, and balance from the inside out.

## In partnership with Daily Nouri, we’ll explore how daily rituals - from how you move to how you nourish your body - play a powerful role in gut health, hormone balance, and overall well-being.

## **<u>The Experience</u>**

## We’ll begin with a 25-minute mat Pilates flow led by Kate, founder of Flow Pilates Club designed to lengthen, strengthen, and awaken the body through mindful, intentional movement.

## From there, Dr. Lucas Lewandowski, DPT, CSCS (and FPC's biggest supporter as Kate's husband 😉), will lead a 25-minute strength and mobility session focused on functional strength, posture, and injury prevention - using accessible movements you can bring into your everyday routine.

## Together, this dual-modality experience is designed to leave you feeling energized, aligned, and strong.

## We’ll close with a conversation on movement, gut health, and hormone balance and how Daily Nouri’s clinically-backed probiotics support wellness for both men and women from within.

* 8:45 AM – Check-In
* 9:00 – 9:30 AM – Flow Beach Pilates with Kate
* 9:30 – 10:00 AM – Strength + Resistance Band Training with Dr. Lucas Lewandowski
* 10:00 – 10:15 AM – Q\&A: Movement, Gut Health & Hormone Balance (featuring Daily Nouri Founder Caroline Beckman + Dr. Lucas Lewandowski)
* 10:15 AM onward: Stick around and socialize with the community! We'll have your favorite non-alcoholic bevs so you can keep hanging!

Towels will be provided for class, but if you require more support or have a favorite mat, please bring your own!  Bring SPF and water.

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in Pilates, fitness, and wellness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, muscle strains, equipment-related injuries, and unforeseen medical conditions. I understand that Flow Pilates Club and its instructors will take reasonable precautions to provide a safe environment but cannot eliminate all risks associated with physical activity.

2. Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily choose to participate in Flow Pilates Club LLC classes and assume all risks related to my participation, whether known or unknown. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before engaging in physical activity and that I am physically and medically able to participate.

3. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Flow Pilates Club LLC, its owners, instructors, and partners from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation, including injury, illness, property damage, or other loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Medical Treatment Authorization
In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize Flow Pilates Club LLC instructors or staff to seek medical assistance on my behalf if I am unable to do so. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

5. Photography & Media Release 
I grant Flow Pilates Club LLC permission to use photos and videos taken during classes for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. If you would not like to be photographed, please also let the instructor know on-site when you arrive so they know where you are in the crowd.

6. Agreement to Terms
