Vol. I brought 100+ of us together. Vol. II goes bigger.

 

Morning: hybrid training in waves by level. Burpees, lunges, wall balls, farmers carry, sled push and pull. All levels welcome.

 

Afternoon: guided mobility on the pool deck, then a coffee/pool party with a live DJ (reggaeton + house).

Food + drinks included: açaí bowls, fresh fruit, pizza, a coffee bar and more.

 

Before you come
Wear your swimsuit under your clothes (no locker room access) and bring a towel. Waivers are required to enter. No outside food or drinks except water. Tell us about any allergies when you register.

The table is set. Pull up.
