**Glow Into the New Year with Jazmin**

Beginner Yoga Sculpt | 45 minutes | 18+

This class is a welcoming place to start if you are new to yoga sculpt or feeling nervous about your first class. We will move through a **slow-flow, no-heat** class with simple transitions and an easy introduction to **light weights (3–5 lbs)**. The pace is calm and supportive, with space to take breaks and learn as you go.

Class size is limited to **35 people** for a more personal experience and extra guidance (compared to 50).

Mats and weights are provided. Water refill station available. Free parking in front and around building.

January 7 – February 4&#x20;
Wednesdays, 6:15pm–7:00 pm (Except for 1/21/2026 -- ONLY 7:30pm class time)

By February 4, you will feel more confident in your practice and ready to continue flowing with me at an intermediate or advanced pace, or ready to sign up for your first heated workout if and when it feels right for you.

Class Waiver and Release of Liability

1. I understand that I am voluntarily participating in a yoga sculpt class that may include physical movement, strength training, and the use of light weights.

2. I acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strain, or injury, and I agree to participate at my own pace and comfort level.

3. I confirm that I am physically able to participate in this class and have no medical conditions or injuries that would prevent safe participation. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a medical professional if I have any concerns.

4. I agree to listen to my body, take breaks when needed, and modify or stop movements at any time.

5. I release and hold harmless the instructor, studio, and any affiliated parties from any liability, claims, or demands arising from participation in this class.

6. I understand that I am responsible for my own well-being during and after class.

7. By signing up for and attending this class, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver.
