In consideration of being allowed to participate in the "Bells at the Beach" fitness event (the "Activity"), and by registering for and providing consent through the SweatPals application, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, and personal representatives:

Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk: I knowingly and voluntarily choose to participate in the Activity. I am aware that participating in a fitness activity involving kettlebells and other exercises carries inherent risks which may include, but are not limited to, physical injury, strains, sprains, falls, and other bodily harm. I am participating entirely at my own risk and assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damages which may occur as a result of my participation.

Release and Waiver of Liability: I hereby waive, release, and discharge ThriveFit Wellness LLC dba The ZAR Method, its members, managers, instructors, agents, volunteers, and assigns from any and all rights, claims, or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation in the Activity, including any claims based on negligence.

Medical Responsibility: I understand that I should consult a physician prior to participating in this or any fitness program. In the event that I should require medical care or treatment during the Activity, I agree to be financially responsible for any and all costs incurred. I am aware that I should carry my own health insurance.

Digital Consent and Acknowledgment: By completing my registration and providing my consent for this Activity through the SweatPals app, I affirm that I am of the age of 18 years or older and that I have read this agreement in its entirety. I fully understand its content and agree that my digital consent constitutes my full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a binding contract that I am consenting to of my own free will.
