By purchasing a ticket and participating in events hosted by Pathos LLC, you (the "Participant") acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

 1. **Assumption of Risk**
I understand that by purchasing this ticket and participating in Pathos events, which may include, but are not limited to, workouts, runs, cold plunges, saunas, and consumption of food and beverages (collectively referred to as "Activities"), I voluntarily assume all risks associated with these Activities. These risks may include, but are not limited to, personal injury, illness, or death.

2. **Release of Liability**
In consideration for being permitted to participate in Pathos events, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, waive, and discharge Pathos LLC, including its owners, employees, volunteers, affiliates, and all other persons or entities acting on its behalf (collectively, "Pathos"), from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action, including negligence, arising out of or related to my participation in any Activities.

3. **Medical Treatment**
I acknowledge that Pathos does not provide medical care or treatment. In the event of an emergency, I consent to receiving necessary medical care at my own expense and agree to bear all costs associated with any medical treatment. I release Pathos from any claims related to medical assistance.

4. **Photo and Media Release**
By purchasing this ticket, I grant Pathos permission to use my likeness in photographs, videos, or other media taken during the Activities for marketing, promotional, or other business purposes. I waive any right to inspect or approve any finished products or how my likeness may be used.

 5. **Indemnification**
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pathos from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from my participation in the Activities or my breach of this waiver.

 6. **Miscellaneous**
- **Governing Law:** This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State].
- **Severability:** If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
