YES you read that right, I am so excited to introduce this popup as it is one of my favorite family spaces to hang out, shop and eat! is basically in my backyard so its extra special. 

9am: A 45 minute Pilates class (postpartum & baby wearing friendly)
10am: Biggers Market Kitchen opens for Breakfast 
Grounds of Grace Coffee Cart is up and running serving up Drinks 
Market is open with Local Produce and goods

Dads and the family are encouraged to join the trip and hangout/ indulge in all the Market has to offer! Family Meet up is open for everyone🩷
Hang with the group outside of our regular workouts, & let the dads and kids mingle🥳

Space for the class is limited so don’t wait to grab your Ticket!

Mommy & Me Pilates @ Biggers Market – Waiver and Release of Liability
1. Acknowledgment of Risks
I understand that participating in any physical activity, including Pilates exercises, carries inherent risks.
I acknowledge that both I and my child may be engaging in activities involving physical exertion that
may result in injury. I confirm that I have consulted with a physician and have no known medical
conditions that would prevent me or my child from safely participating in Pilates.
2. Voluntary Participation
I voluntarily agree to participate in the Mommy & Me Pilates class and allow my child to participate as
well. I understand that I am responsible for monitoring our own condition and well-being throughout the
session.
3. Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless The Momilates Group, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any
and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with participation in the
Pilates class. This includes any claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, whether
caused by negligence or otherwise.
4. Parental Consent and Responsibility
I understand I am responsible for my child’s behavior and safety during the class. I agree to supervise
and ensure my child is not endangering themselves or others. I understand this is not a childcare
service, and I must be present with my child at all times.
5. Photo/Video Release (Optional)
I grant permission for The Momilates Group to use photographs or videos of me and/or my child for
promotional purposes.
6. Agreement to Terms
