By attending Bikini Pilates Club hosted by The VYB Wellness at The Gale Hotel & Residences Miami, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in fitness and wellness activities, including Pilates and related event activations, involves physical activity and potential risk of injury. I voluntarily choose to participate in all activities at my own risk and assume full responsibility for any injuries, illness, damages, or loss that may occur before, during, or after the event.

I certify that I am physically able to participate in fitness activities and understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to participating if needed.

I hereby release and hold harmless The VYB Wellness, Victoria Vesce, The Gale Hotel & Residences Miami, event sponsors, vendors, instructors, staff, photographers, videographers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, or causes of action arising out of my participation in the event.

I understand that photographers and videographers will be present during the event. By attending, I grant The VYB Wellness and its partners permission to photograph, video record, and use my image, likeness, voice, and content captured during the event for promotional, marketing, social media, editorial, advertising, and commercial purposes without compensation or further approval.

I understand that event photos and videos may be shared publicly across social media platforms, websites, marketing materials, press outlets, and future promotional campaigns.

I acknowledge that all ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the event organizers.

By attending Bikini Pilates Club, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release.
