Pull out your bikinis, your board shorts (or speedos 👀) and your KB’s and get ready for a sweaty workout that won’t leave you with crazy tan lines ;D

We are going to get strong and sweaty with a killer kettlebell workout and then cool it down with cold plunges drinks + refreshments by our fabulous sponsors!
