Join Black Girls Be Well x Black Girls Who Walk SD for a mindful walk through Balboa Park.

This goes beyond just a walk and is about creating a safe space for Black women to:

-breathe
-slow down
-connect with nature
-move with intention
-be well
-and meet other Black women who get it

Throughout the walk, we’ll pause for mini grounding moments including breathwork, reflection, intention setting, and simple ways to reconnect with ourselves and each other.



Think fresh air, good energy, meaningful conversation, and a reminder that taking care of yourself doesn’t always have to be complicated.



After the walk, we’ll head to a cute nearby cafe to keep the connection going, grab a drink or bite, and enjoy a little more time in community.
