Join us for the **Black Girls Day Off Wellness Social**, a luxury wellness day created exclusively for Black women to rest, reconnect, and experience the joy of choosing themselves.

This year, we're gathering at **Jacumba Hot Springs** for five hours of mineral soaking, wellness, meaningful connection, and beautiful hospitality in one of Southern California's most unique hot spring destinations.

Whether you're coming solo or with your girls, get ready for a day filled with relaxation, laughter, meaningful conversations, and moments that remind you just how good it feels to slow down.

## **Your Day**

Arrive as early as **9:45 AM** to check in, grab your welcome drink, receive your gift bag, and settle into your cabana before the day begins. Each guest will be thoughtfully assigned to a cabana and a guided soundhealing session.&#x20;



Throughout the day you can lounge by the pool, soak in the mineral springs, relax during aa soundealing session, enjoy the goodies in your gift bags, connect with incredible women in the cabana, grab a bite to eat, and simply enjoy the experience at your own pace.

## -Complimentary parking is available on the property.

-Check in begins at 9:45 AM.

-Poolside bites and one welcome cocktail or mocktail are included with your ticket. Additional food and beverages will be available for purchase from the resort restaurant.

-Professional photography and videography will be captured throughout the experience.

-During registration, we'll ask a few fun questions so we can intentionally bring together women with shared interests, experiences, and stories.Because some of the best conversations happen when the right women end up in the same space.&#x20;

By accepting this waiver and attending the Black Girls Day Off Wellness Social, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Soundhealing

I understand that I will have the opportunity to participate in a guided soundhealing experience during the event.

I understand that participation is completely voluntary and that soundhealing is intended to support relaxation and overall well-being. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

I understand that it is my responsibility to determine whether participation is appropriate for me based on my individual health and circumstances, and I may choose not to participate at any time.

Release of Liability

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the soundhealing experience and release Ashley Murdock, Hella Wellthy, its employees, contractors, volunteers, and event partners from any claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, or losses arising from my participation.

Photography & Videography

I understand that photography and videography will take place throughout the event.

By attending, I grant Hella Wellthy permission to capture and use photographs and video that may include my likeness for marketing, promotional materials, social media, website content, and future event promotion without compensation.
