Join us for an afternoon that honors the height of summer, hands in flowers, cup in hand, crown on head.&#x20;



We'll gather in the backyard under the plum tree for a guided tea ceremony rooted in the spirit of the solstice, a moment to pause, appreciate abundance, and set intentions before the long days begin to wane.&#x20;



Then we'll get our hands into summer blooms, each crafting a personal floral hand bouquet and a paper flower crown to wear home.



**What to expect:** A guided seasonal tea ritual to open the senses and settle the mind. A curated selection of summer blooms to arrange into your own bouquet. A handmade paper flower crown you'll craft and wear out the door.

Good company and a slow, soulful evening with your community.



All florals, tools, and supplies are provided.&#x20;

No floral or craft experience needed. Just bring yourself and a willingness to slow down and bloom.



Agenda:

4:00 PM — Welcome tea poured, guests settle in

4:20 PM — Guided tea ceremony begins, seasonal tasting, and solstice intention setting ritual

4:45 PM — Paper flower crown crafting

5:30 PM — Floral bouquet workshop, selecting and arranging your summer blooms

5:45 PM — Closing circle, share your intention for the season ahead

By participating in this event, you agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk I understand that this event includes hands-on floral arranging and paper crafting activities. I acknowledge that these activities involve the use of scissors, floral wire, and other craft tools, and I assume full responsibility for any risk of injury that may arise from my participation.

Release of Liability I hereby release Renew Collective, its organizers, volunteers, hosts, and venue partners from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from my participation in this event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or allergic reactions to floral or craft materials.

Health and Allergies I understand that this event involves fresh flowers, plant materials, and herbal teas. I confirm that I have no known severe allergies to these materials, or I accept responsibility for managing my own health needs and will notify event staff of any concerns upon arrival.

Photo and Media Release I grant Renew Collective permission to photograph and record this event and to use any images or footage that may include my likeness for promotional and community purposes, including social media and print.

Conduct I agree to treat fellow participants, facilitators, and the venue with respect. Renew Collective reserves the right to ask any participant to leave if their conduct is disruptive or harmful to the experience of others.

Acknowledgment By attending this event, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver and agree to its terms voluntarily.
