Movement By MK Scottsdale Spring Reset!

We’re doing the ultimate wellness morning at the Scottsdale Resort and Spa and it’s exactly the kind of reset you didn’t know you needed.

Like imagine this: you start your morning outside, moving your body, soaking up the sunshine, surrounded by the best energy and girls who just get it. That’s the vibe.

I’m teaching a 45-minute cardio sculpt that’s going to leave you feeling so energized, clear, and back in your body. And then it only gets better — post-workout massages with The Now, treats from ChopShop, cute wellness vendors, and the kind of little details that make the whole morning feel special (yes… the swag bags are good).

If you’ve been to an MK event before, you already know how it feels — and I cannot wait to have you back. And if this is your first one, I’m genuinely so excited to meet you. You are so welcome here.

This morning is all about you — moving your body, resetting your energy, and being part of something that just feels really, really good.

What to expect:

1. A 45-minute cardio sculpt workout with MK that will leave you feeling energized and inspired
2. Post workout massages with The Now + treats from ChopShop plus other wellness vendors
3. Exclusive swag bags with MK's favorite wellness products
