On August 23rd, we're gathering at one of Tucson's most breathtaking private properties, Joshua Tree House, 38 acres of Sonoran Desert land, surrounded by towering saguaros and sitting on the edge of Saguaro National Park.&#x20;

A beautiful setting to come home to yourself.&#x20;

**Your morning looks like this:**

**Move.** We open on the property rooftop overlooking the desert and canyon pool with an intentional movement session meant to feel  grounding, accessible, and designed to wake up your body and quiet your mind.&#x20;

**Reflect.** We slow down with guided journaling and a mindset moment, space to actually think, feel, and reconnect with yourself.

**Create.** A creative experience led by the artist Iveth from Pinta Para El Alma who will guide you through a painting session. From there, you'll join Bugam for a hands-on floral workshop, where you'll transform your artwork with a three-dimensional floral vase using fresh flowers. You'll leave with a one-of-a-kind art piece as a reminder to continue making space for yourself long after the retreat ends.

Please read this document carefully before participating. By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms.

1. EVENT DESCRIPTION
UPLEVELED: Bloom From Within is a half-day wellness retreat held on August 23, 2026, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Joshua Tree House, located in Tucson, Arizona. Activities include but are not limited to:

• Guided group fitness and movement instruction
• Mindset and breathwork facilitation
• Floral arrangement workshop
• Canvas painting workshop
• Outdoor activity on the Joshua Tree House property, including desert terrain

2. RELEASED PARTIES
By signing this waiver, I agree to release and hold harmless all of the following parties, including their owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties"):

• Upleveled Wellness LLC, and its founder and representatives
• Bugam Floral Truck, and its owner and representatives
• Joshua Tree House Tucson, its owners, management, staff, and property

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand and acknowledge that participation in the activities described above involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury from fitness or movement activities
• Allergic reactions to floral or plant materials
• Skin or eye irritation from paints or art supplies
• Exposure to outdoor conditions including heat, uneven terrain, desert wildlife, and insects
• Slips, trips, or falls on indoor or outdoor surfaces
• Any other risks inherent to outdoor wellness and creative activities

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any and all risks of injury, illness, or property damage that may result from my participation in the event, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

4. WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration of being permitted to participate in UPLEVELED: Bloom From Within, I hereby voluntarily waive, release, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, and causes of action — including negligence — arising out of or in connection with my participation in this event, including:

• Bodily injury, including serious injury or death
• Property damage or loss
• Any other harm of any kind

This waiver applies to injuries or damages occurring before, during, or after the event that are in any way related to my participation.

5. MEDICAL CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL FITNESS
I confirm that I am in adequate physical health to participate in group fitness, movement, and creative workshop activities. I am not aware of any medical condition, injury, or physical limitation that would make participation unsafe for me without medical supervision.

I understand that the event organizers are not medical professionals and that it is my sole responsibility to consult a physician prior to participation if I have any concerns about my physical readiness.

6. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE
I grant Upleveled Wellness LLC, Bugam Floral Truck, and Joshua Tree House Tucson permission to photograph and/or video record my participation in this event and to use those images and recordings for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials.

7. ALLERGIES & HEALTH DISCLOSURES
Please list any known allergies (including floral, plant, or material allergies), medical conditions, or physical limitations we should be aware of:

8. INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to: (a) my participation in the event; (b) my violation of this agreement; or (c) my own negligence or intentional misconduct.

9. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

10. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in Pima County, Arizona.

11. VOLUNTARY AGREEMENT
I confirm that I am signing this waiver voluntarily, that I am 18 years of age or older, that I have read and fully understand its terms, and that I am not relying on any representations not contained herein. I understand that this is a legally binding document.
