PARTICIPATION WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY (TEXAS)
By checking the box below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participating in Bod Squad run club activities, including group runs, training runs, and social fitness events, involves inherent risks such as falls, collisions, traffic, uneven surfaces, weather conditions, dehydration, heat-related illness, and other serious injuries or medical events.

I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with these activities.

I hereby release and waive all liability against Bod Squad, its organizers, leaders, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates for any injury, illness, death, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation, to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of Texas, including claims arising from negligence.

I confirm that I am physically capable of participating and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. I understand that Bod Squad leaders are not medical professionals and do not provide medical supervision.

I agree to follow all safety guidelines, obey traffic laws, and take full responsibility for my own actions and well-being during Bod Squad activities.

I grant permission for Bod Squad to use photos or videos taken during activities for promotional purposes.

I understand that by agreeing to this waiver, I am giving up certain legal rights.
