⏰Event Schedule:
•9:15AM-9:45AM: Check in at Equinox Gold Coast. (please allocate ample time to park and sign waiver)
•9:45AM Promptly: walk to Oak Street Beach
•10:00AM-11:00AM: Beach Circuit Workout
•11:00AM-11:10AM: Cool Down
              -wine down with breathing
              -announcements and group pics
•11:10AM: walk back to Equinox 

✨11:30AM-1:00PM: FREE Post Event Recovery
    -Access to all recovery equipment
    -Access to steam room, sauna, showers
    -Access to discounted spa services (facials, etc)
