Enjoy a beginner friendly Squats & Glutes class led by Amber & Amberobics. 💪Followed by a calming & Mindful yoga session led by Brii Williams. 🧘‍♀️Ending with panel Discussion bringing experts from Lurie's Children's Hospital to help empower moms and their Children.🥰📚

👉At the Conclusion of the event, we will be giving out Goodie bookbags filled Women's health products, baby products🍼, Sponsored gifts from Luster Pink, and school supplies for the kids📚
