Yoga instructor Brii Williams will guide you through a peaceful & supportive 45min Session that blends grounding movement with playful, feel-good flows, creating space to laugh, move, and be fully present together.🧘‍♀️🤸🏽‍♀️

As the holiday stresses may kick in take this as an opportunity to slow down, breathe, & connect with your little one, no matter their age.👶🏻 Grandparents and Caretakers also welcome! 

We'll close with sweet reflections and a gentle breathing exercise, to carry the love off the mat and into the rest of your week! 💖
