Join us EVERY WEDNESDAY at Lift ATX at 7pm! Our route consists of a multiple distance groups led by pacers at various paces ranging from 8min to our walking crew. Our route is an out and back so you are comfortable to run at your own pace and distance without any worry! We have people training for races all the way to a walking crew so ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME! 

PS - you do NOT need to have a gym membership to join the run club! It is 100% welcome to everyone! (But you definitely won’t regret joining 😉) 

After the workout we meet back at the gym for a post run social hour with complimentary beverages, vendors and our very own DJ Diego the Fuego! 

This is the perfect run club for all experience levels and we are confident it only takes one meet up and you’re eager to join our community every week! Bring a friend or come solo but JUST SHOW UP!

By joining and/or participating in the Body Art Run Club, you are agreeing to the following:
I agree to assume all risks inherent in participation in such program, whether they are apparent to me or not.
I acknowledge that participation in the Body Art Run Club in no way constitutes professional physical training, medical advice, or exercise consultation.
I certify that I am in good physical health and fit to participate in the event and have not been advised otherwise by qualified medical personnel.
I acknowledge that participation carries an inherent risk of injury to my person and damage to my property. I hereby waive and release, for myself and for my heirs and assigns, any and all claims, causes of action, or liabilities which may hereafter accrue against the Body Art Run Club and its affiliates, their agents, employees, volunteers, officers, directors, successors and assigns, any organization that hosts the Body Art Run Club, and any and all sponsors, their representatives and successors, that may arise as a result of my participation in the Body Art Run Club by reason of my participation in the program, including any and all claims for personal injuries caused by the Body Art Run Club’s negligence.
Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of these events for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising, without monetary payment to me.
As indicated by my printed name and signature on the Body Art Run Club Liability Waiver Acknowledgement and Sign Up Sheet, I accept the waiver.
