Join us for One Year Bodied!🎉 a special anniversary event hosted by Girls Night Out ✨ honoring the women who’ve shown up to lead, to grow, to support one another, and to move with purpose.

We’ve spent the last year building a movement rooted in strength, sisterhood, and self-discovery, and now it’s time to celebrate everything we’ve become together. 🩵🤍

•10:00AM-10:30AM: Bünda Glutecamp
Led by Instructor Chelsea Rowe
A BÜNDA program with intentional isolation and activation designed to target the smaller, stabilizing, muscles of the glutes. Using only resistance bands and body weight this class emphasizes full range of motion and precision over load. By focusing on activation WITHOUT heavy weights, we reinforce neuromuscular connection and enhance stability, which supports better performance on heavier training days. Get ready for a big booty burner!

•10:35AM-11:05AM: BODIED in Breath Yoga 
Led by Ritual Hot Yoga Instructor & owner of Love is Drip, Mimeki Michele
This yoga session shifts the focus to your heart space: shoulders, arms, chest, and back. Expect intentional movement that opens, strengthens, and softens the upper body while guiding the mind into stillness. Through breath, stretch, and centering cues, we’ll reconnect with the power of presence, leaving you feeling aligned and uplifted.
