TREMBLE and La Familia are coming together at the Penthouse at Riverside Wharf. 50 minutes of mat pilates, followed by an open-air social hour featuring a live DJ, B12 shots, and lymphatic drainage facials by ILU Collective.

No experience or mats needed. The family is welcome.

Wear all black. Socks will be provided.

Liability Waiver & Release
LA FAMILIA x TREMBLE — BODY LANGUAGE GENERAL LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS

This Waiver and Release of Claims (the "Waiver") is entered into by the undersigned participant ("Participant," "I," or "me") in connection with attendance and participation in Body Language, a one-night collaboration between La Familia IDK, LLC and TREMBLE, held at The Penthouse at Riverside Wharf in Miami, Florida (the "Event").

1. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that my participation in the Event, including but not limited to the mat pilates session led by TREMBLE, the open-air social hour, and any complimentary wellness services offered on-site by event partners, carries certain inherent risks. These may include but are not limited to: physical injury, muscle strains, dehydration, slips and falls, cardiovascular incidents, allergic or adverse reactions to injections or topical treatments, bruising, and other health risks. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks associated with my participation, whether supervised or unsupervised.

2. Waiver and Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to attend and participate in the Event, I hereby voluntarily release, waive, and discharge La Familia IDK, LLC, TREMBLE, The Penthouse at Riverside Wharf, and their respective owners, officers, employees, instructors, medical personnel, contractors, partners, affiliates, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or damages, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to any loss, injury, death, or damages (including, without limitation, loss of a baby during pregnancy) that may be sustained by me in connection with my participation in the Event, even if caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Released Parties.

3. Health and Medical Clearance
I affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any condition that would prevent or limit my participation in the Event. By signing this Waiver, I confirm that I have no health problems including, without limitation, cardiac irregularities; spinal, bone, joint, tendon, or ligament injuries; spells of dizziness; asthma or other breathing difficulty; diabetes; epilepsy; high or low blood pressure; or any allergy that may affect my participation in the Event. I understand it is my sole responsibility to consult with a physician before beginning or continuing any exercise, wellness, or treatment program, including before receiving any injections or services administered on-site by event partners. It is my sole responsibility to notify Event staff and the relevant instructor or practitioner before participating of any circumstances affecting my health that may be exacerbated through participation in the Event. I will not hold the Released Parties responsible for any aggravation of preexisting medical conditions or health issues that arise from my participation. The Released Parties reserve the right to refuse participation to any individual if, in their reasonable discretion, the health or safety of the individual may be endangered by participation in the Event.

4. Mat Pilates Session
I acknowledge that participation in the mat pilates session led by TREMBLE instructors involves strenuous physical activity and risk of injury, including muscle strain, joint stress, and soft-tissue injury. I agree to follow all instructions provided by instructors and to alert them to any health concerns, injuries, or physical limitations before participating. I understand that I may stop or modify any movement at any time and that it is my responsibility to listen to my body. I acknowledge that any advice provided by Event instructors does not constitute medical advice and is not a substitute for advice provided by a licensed medical professional.

5. On-Site Wellness Services
I acknowledge that complimentary services offered on-site by Event partners are medical and aesthetic services administered by licensed professionals employed or contracted by Event partners. I understand that these services carry inherent risks, including but not limited to bruising, soreness, allergic or adverse reactions, infection, lightheadedness, and other side effects. I am voluntarily electing to receive these services, and I will disclose any allergies, medications, pregnancy, medical conditions, or other relevant health information to the ILU Collective practitioner prior to receiving any service. I understand that La Familia IDK, LLC and TREMBLE are not the providers of these services and are not responsible for their administration or outcome.

6. Food, Beverage, and Allergens
I acknowledge that beverage refreshments may be served at the Event. I am solely responsible for disclosing any food or beverage allergies or sensitivities and for confirming the ingredients of any item before consumption. The Released Parties are not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from food or beverages consumed at the Event.

7. Personal Belongings
I understand and agree that the Released Parties are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought to the Event.

8. Attire and Footwear
I agree to wear attire appropriate for mat pilates, including clothing that allows for full range of motion. I understand that the Event takes place on an open-air rooftop and that surfaces may become slippery. I agree to follow any footwear or surface requirements communicated by Event staff or TREMBLE instructors, including the use of non-slip socks or bare feet as directed.

9. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of or related to my participation in any activities or services provided at the Event.

10. Photography and Media Release
I acknowledge and agree that I may be photographed or recorded on video during the Event. I grant La Familia IDK, LLC, TREMBLE, and their partners permission to use my likeness in photographs, video recordings, or other media for promotional, editorial, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and media coverage, without compensation or further notice.

11. Waiver of Jury
I KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY, AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY OF ANY MATTERS RELATING TO, ARISING OUT OF, BASED UPON, OR RESULTING FROM THIS WAIVER OR MY PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT.

12. Dispute Resolution
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Waiver, or my participation in the Event, shall first be submitted to mediation in Miami-Dade County, Florida, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Mediation Procedures. If the dispute is not resolved through mediation within forty-five (45) days, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

13. Severability
If any provision of this Waiver is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Governing Law
This Waiver shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

BY SIGNING, I confirm that I have read and fully understand this Waiver and Release, and that I am voluntarily signing it. I acknowledge that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age.
