By attending this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in wellness activities, treatments, services, demonstrations, fitness classes, injections, facials, massage therapy, chiropractic services, beauty services, tarot readings, and any other activations offered during this event is completely voluntary and done at my own discretion and risk.

I understand that all vendors, practitioners, medspa providers, wellness providers, and activation partners are operating independently and are solely responsible for the services, products, treatments, injections, consultations, or advice they provide.

I acknowledge that the event host, organizers, coordinators, affiliates, venue representatives, and associated brands are not medical providers and are not responsible or liable for:

• Any allergic reactions, injuries, illnesses, infections, side effects, complications, or damages resulting from services or treatments received  
• Any injections, vitamin shots, wellness treatments, facials, chiropractic adjustments, massage therapy, or other services voluntarily received during the event  
• Any products consumed, sampled, purchased, or used during the event  
• Any personal property that is lost, stolen, or damaged  
• Any physical injuries or accidents that may occur before, during, or after the event

I understand that I am solely responsible for consulting with my own physician or healthcare provider prior to participating in any wellness or medical-related service offered during the event.

By attending this event, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and hereby release and hold harmless the event organizers, hosts, venue, sponsors, vendors, affiliates, contractors, employees, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, demands, causes of action, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in this event.

I understand that photography and videography may occur during the event and consent to the use of my image, likeness, and content for promotional and marketing purposes.
