Set against a scenic lakeside backdrop in Winter Haven, this restorative morning blends an energizing all-levels yoga flow with an immersive, healing sound bath to help you reflect, align, and completely reset.

 

SPECIAL CELEBRATION:
We are celebrating the wonderful Christy Boccabella’s Birthday! Along with celebrating her special day, Christy will be guiding us through a deeply restorative sound bowl immersion. Come move, bathe in sound, and celebrate by the water!! Followed by a relaxing post-session poolside hangout.

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early (around 8:45 AM) to check in, get settled, and pick your spot before we begin promptly at 9:00 AM.
