🎃 A playful Halloween twist on your usual sound bath

💫 Time to slow down, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself


Come dressed in white, your favorite Halloween PJs, or a fun Halloween look. The lighter your outfit, the more you'll glow! We will just have some fun lighting for Halloween. It isn't scary- we promise :)&#x20;


## **WHAT TO BRING**

• Yoga mat (we have extra mats on-site in case you need to borrow one)
• Water bottle
• OPTIONAL:  Eye Mask
• OPTIONAL : Pillow & Blanket for comfort
• Anything else that helps you settle in and relax
