Join us for an empowering wellness experience that includes:   - A 35 minute Sculpt class to move and reconnect with your body (please bring your own mat). - Light bites and drinks to enjoy post-class  - An informative session on mammogram screenings and what to do if you discover a lump  - Access to a private room for confidential questions or one-on-one conversations This is a space to move, learn, and support one another all while raising awareness for a vital cause.
