Group fitness class at the Family Ministry Center (FMC) of First Baptist Church in Hendersonville.

*First time is free, but since it is a group fitness class that the facility (FMC) offers and not Minority Wellness, a membership is needed afterwards to keep coming to class.

*Waiver will need to be done at facility prior to start time and those 12-17 years old must have waiver completed by legal guardian.
