Booty, Brunch & Bubbly Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

By purchasing a ticket and attending Booty, Brunch & Bubbly, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I understand that participating in fitness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, falls, dehydration, or other injuries.
2. I certify that I am physically able to participate in the workout and have consulted a healthcare provider if I have any medical conditions or concerns.
3. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and accept full responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of the event.
4. I hereby release and hold harmless Booty, Brunch & Bubbly, Verooofitness LLC, the event organizers, instructors, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, venue, and their respective representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in the event, except where prohibited by law.
5. I understand that I am responsible for exercising within my own limits and may stop participation at any time if I feel unwell or unsafe.
6. I understand that photographs and videos may be taken throughout the event and grant permission for my likeness to be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.
7. I acknowledge that my ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
8. I agree to follow all event rules, venue policies, and instructions given by the event staff to help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

By completing my registration and/or attending the event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Waiver and Release of Liability.
