By registering for and/or participating in Booty Brunch & Bubbly, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
	1.	Voluntary Participation
I understand that participation in this event is completely voluntary and includes physical activity that may involve strength training, cardio, stretching, and other fitness movements.
	2.	Assumption of Risk
I understand that physical activity carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, sprains, strains, dizziness, fainting, slips, trips, or falls, and other injuries that may result from exercise or being in a group environment. I acknowledge that I am choosing to participate at my own risk.
	3.	Health & Medical
I confirm that I am physically able to participate in this workout and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician before engaging in physical activity if needed.
	4.	Release of Liability
I hereby release and hold harmless Veronyca Holland (Coach Vero), Vero Fitness Coaching, Booty Brunch & Bubbly, River North Icehouse, event staff, volunteers, partners, vendors, and sponsors from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from my participation in the event.
	5.	Personal Belongings
I understand that I am responsible for my own personal items and agree that the event organizers are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
	6.	Photo & Media Release
I grant permission for photos and video taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes across social media, websites, and marketing materials. If I do not wish to be photographed, I will notify the event staff prior to the event.
	7.	Alcohol Notice (if applicable)
I acknowledge that any alcoholic beverages consumed at the event are at my own discretion and responsibility. I agree to drink responsibly and understand that the organizers are not liable for any incidents resulting from alcohol consumption.
	8.	Agreement
By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this waiver.
