Our Booty, Brunch & Bubbly event will be held at the River North Icehouse, a trendy venue perfect for a fun day out. Indulge in a scrumptious brunch spread, sip on bubbly drinks, and enjoy some booty-shaking music with friends, family and fellow attendees. We will be tying in a football theme for the watch parties post event. Wear your favorite teams jersey! Yoga mats and booty bands are provided. Just bring your besties and a smile!&#x20;

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that the event involves physical activity (including but not limited to exercise, stretching, and cardio) that may result in injury. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating and that I am solely responsible for my health, safety, and well-being.

2. Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release and hold harmless Booty, Brunch & Bubbly, Vero Fitness Coaching, Coach Vero, event organizers, instructors, vendors, sponsors, and the venue from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action related to any injury, illness, or loss arising from my participation.

3. Medical Acknowledgement

I affirm that I am physically capable of participating and that I have consulted a physician if necessary. I agree to stop immediately if I feel any discomfort, pain, or unsafe condition during the event.

4. Media Release

I grant permission to Booty, Brunch & Bubbly and its affiliates to use photographs, video recordings, and other media of me from this event for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.

5. Agreement

I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this waiver.
