BOOTY, BRUNCH & LALO (BBL) PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By registering for and participating in Booty, Brunch & LALO (BBL), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
    I understand that participation in fitness activities, workouts, exercise demonstrations, and related event activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, illness, injury, or other physical harm. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with my participation.
2. Health & Medical Clearance
    I certify that I am physically able to participate in the activities offered at this event. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before participating if I have any medical conditions, injuries, concerns, or limitations that may affect my ability to exercise safely.
3. Release of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Verooo Fitness LLC, Veronyca Holland, Booty, Brunch & LALO (BBL), event sponsors, vendors, venue owners, employees, volunteers, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, costs, or causes of action arising from or related to my participation in the event.
4. Alcohol Consumption
    I understand that alcoholic beverages may be available during this event. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my decision to consume alcohol and for my actions thereafter. I agree to drink responsibly and understand that neither the event organizers nor sponsors are responsible for any injuries, accidents, damages, or incidents resulting from alcohol consumption.
5. Photography & Media Release
    I grant permission to Verooo Fitness LLC, Booty, Brunch & LALO, event sponsors, and affiliated partners to photograph, record, and use my image, likeness, voice, and appearance in photos, videos, social media content, promotional materials, and marketing efforts without compensation.
6. Personal Property
    I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings and that the event organizers, venue, sponsors, and vendors are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
7. Refund Policy
    I understand that all ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

By registering for this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability.
