I understand that participating in Bounce Strength classes, including trampoline-based cardio and strength training, involves physical activity that may be strenuous and carries inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to: falls, loss of balance, muscle strain, joint injury, cardiovascular complications, or other physical injuries.

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this event and assume all risks associated with my participation.

SAFETY AGREEMENT

I agree to follow all instructions provided by the instructor and use equipment (including rebounders, resistance bands, and dumbbells) safely and as directed. I understand that failure to follow instructions may increase my risk of injury.

I understand that grip socks are required and proper footwear or lack thereof (as instructed) is my responsibility.
