Halloween’s over. Time to bounce back. 🔴

We’re teaming up with Arcafit for a jump choreography session on the trampolines at her studio in Lilburn. High energy, good music, and a workout that doesn’t feel like one. No experience needed. All levels welcome.

 

🗓 Sunday, November 8
Two classes, 55 minutes each. Register for one:

Class 1 · Arrive 8:45 AM · Class starts 9:15 AM
Class 2 · Arrive 10:15 AM · Class starts 10:30 AM

There are only 28 trampolines per class, so please register for one class only.

 

Registered? Check in before 9:10 AM (Class 1) or 10:25 AM (Class 2). After that, your trampoline may go to someone on the waitlist.

 

Waitlist? Come anyway. At 9:10 AM and 10:25 AM, any empty trampolines go to whoever is waiting at the door, first come, first served.

 

Can’t make it? Cancel your spot so someone else can jump.

 

What to bring: water, a towel, comfortable training clothes and sneakers.
