Box & Bible is a one-of-a-kind experience blending faith and fitness.
We’ll open with prayer, verse of the day, and then dive into a high-intensity boxing workout mixed with strength and conditioning circuits. 

• All levels welcome - whether you’re a beginner or experienced, you’ll feel supported.

It’s more than a workout - it’s a space to grow in faith, build strength, and connect with a community that moves with purpose

(Please bring your boxing gloves and hand wraps if you have them - extra gloves will be available, but supplies are limited. 
Hand wraps are available for purchase)
