What to know before class:
• Class can be done in bare feet, sneakers, or grip socks — your call.
• Bala Bangles are optional — light hand weights will be provided.
• Please bring your own mat and water.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

This agreement is entered into between the participant (“I,” “me,” or “my”) and Lindsey Krick, a freelance fitness instructor doing business as WithLinds. This waiver applies to any fitness class taught by Lindsey Krick, regardless of location.
Class locations may vary. Class formats and styles may vary.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand and acknowledge that participation in physical exercise, fitness programs, or wellness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, cardiovascular events, or other injuries. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may occur as a result of my participation in any class taught by Lindsey Krick.

3. TRAINING, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE FEE

I understand that Lindsey Krick is not a medical professional, physical therapist, or physician. Classes are taught based on professional fitness education, certifications, and experience.

I acknowledge that the $3,000 fee associated with private training, education, or structured programs reflects what comparable training or certification programs typically cost within the fitness industry. This fee accounts for time, preparation, instruction, and professional expertise.

4. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

I certify that I am physically able to participate in fitness classes and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program. Lindsey Krick does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participation is entirely at my own risk.

5. EQUIPMENT USAGE & LIABILITY

I acknowledge that Lindsey Krick may provide equipment such as mats, weights, resistance bands, gloves, or other fitness tools for class use. I agree to use all equipment safely and as instructed.

I further acknowledge that I may choose to bring and use my own personal equipment. I understand that Lindsey Krick is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, or malfunction related to personal equipment I bring to class.

6. PRICING DISCLOSURE

I understand that the price of classes may vary depending on, but not limited to:
	•	Venue or rental fees
	•	Instructor experience or specialization
	•	Equipment provided or required
	•	Vendor fees and merchant processing fees
	•	Class size, space limitations, and demand

I acknowledge that class pricing, registration, and booking are not always monitored or handled directly by Lindsey Krick. Some venues manage pricing, sign-ups, and payment processing independently. For this reason, Lindsey Krick’s policies are firm.

7. MEDIA RELEASE & MOMMY + ME CLASSES

I understand that photos and/or videos may be taken during classes for marketing or social media purposes.

For Mommy & Me classes, I acknowledge and understand that all children will be blurred out in any recordings or social media posts. I agree that no identifying footage of children will be shared publicly.

If I do not wish to appear in any media, it is my responsibility to notify Lindsey Krick prior to class. I also agree not to post photos or videos of other participants or children without their explicit permission.

8. CANCELLATION & NO REFUND POLICY

I understand and agree that there are absolutely no refunds. As a freelance fitness instructor working across multiple venues, refunds, class credits, or transfers are demanding and difficult to track.

All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or substitutions will be provided under any circumstances.

9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Lindsey Krick (DBA WithLinds), any venue, vendor, host location, or affiliated party from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liabilities arising from participation in any fitness class, including but not limited to injury, illness, property loss, or exposure to communicable diseases.

By signing below, I confirm that:
