Join Lindsey for Box-ilates — a 45-minute, music-driven class that blends rhythmic boxing, low-impact sculpt, and a restorative reset at the end. It’s high energy without the burnout, structured but never rigid, and designed to feel as good as it works.

Expect a room where the music guides you, the movement meets you where you are, and strangers somehow don’t feel like strangers by the end.

This class is beginner friendly, judgment free, and always rooted in connection over perfection.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

This agreement is entered into between the participant (“I,” “me,” or “my”) and Lindsey Krick, a freelance fitness instructor doing business as WithLinds.

This waiver applies to any fitness class taught by Lindsey Krick, regardless of location.

Class locations may vary and may include studios, gyms, outdoor spaces, event venues, private locations, or pop-up environments. Class styles, programming, and formats may vary depending on the event, venue, equipment available, and class experience.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand and acknowledge that participation in physical exercise, fitness programs, or wellness activities involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to:

• Muscle strains
• Sprains
• Falls
• Cardiovascular events
• Illness or injury
• Equipment malfunction
• Other unforeseen risks

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of loss, property damage, illness, or personal injury, including death, that may occur as a result of my participation in any class taught by Lindsey Krick.

I understand that physical activity is an extreme test of physical and mental limits and carries inherent risks.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CLASS FORMAT

I acknowledge that Box-ilates is a class format created by Lindsey Krick.

By participating in classes taught by Lindsey Krick, I acknowledge that I am attending solely for personal fitness purposes and not for personal, professional, or financial gain.

Participants agree that they will not replicate, copy, teach, record, distribute, or recreate the Box-ilates format, choreography, programming structure, terminology, playlists, or teaching methods for the purpose of instructing others, creating a competing program, or generating income.

This acknowledgment applies to both in-person and virtual participation.

4. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

I certify that I am physically able to participate in fitness classes and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation.

I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program.

Lindsey Krick does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Participation in any class is entirely at my own risk.

5. EQUIPMENT USAGE & LIABILITY

I acknowledge that Lindsey Krick may provide equipment such as mats, weights, resistance bands, boxing gloves, or other fitness tools during class.

I agree to use all equipment safely and as instructed.

I also acknowledge that I may choose to bring my own equipment to class. I understand that Lindsey Krick is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, or malfunction related to personal equipment I bring to class.

All workouts, equipment use, and physical activity are undertaken at my own risk.

6. PRICING DISCLOSURE

I understand that the price of classes may vary depending on several factors including but not limited to:

• Venue rental fees
• Instructor experience level
• Equipment provided or required
• Vendor or event partnership costs
• Merchant processing fees
• Class size, space limitations, or demand

I acknowledge that class booking, pricing, and registration may not always be monitored or handled directly by Lindsey Krick. In some cases, hosting venues may manage sign-ups, payments, and pricing.

Because of this, Lindsey Krick’s policies remain firm and consistent regardless of where a class is booked.

7. MEDIA RELEASE & MOMMY + ME CLASSES

I understand that photos and/or videos may be taken during classes for marketing, promotional, or social media purposes related to Lindsey Krick and WithLinds.

For Mommy + Me classes, Lindsey Krick strives to respect the comfort and privacy of both parents and children.

Cameras or recording devices used during class will be clearly visible, and Lindsey Krick will announce when filming or photography may occur.

Participation in media is completely optional. If a participant does not wish to appear in photos or videos, they may opt out by notifying Lindsey Krick before or during class. Lindsey will make reasonable efforts to ensure participants who opt out are not included in captured media.

Lindsey Krick respects the wishes of parents regarding their children being photographed or filmed, and parents are encouraged to communicate any preferences prior to or during class.

Participants also agree not to photograph, record, or share images or videos of other participants or their children without permission.

8. CANCELLATION & NO REFUND POLICY

I understand and agree that there are absolutely no refunds.

As a freelance fitness instructor working across multiple venues and event environments, refunds, class credits, or transfers are demanding and difficult to track.

For this reason, all purchases are final.

9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Lindsey Krick (DBA WithLinds), any venue, vendor, host location, event partner, contractor, or affiliated party from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liabilities arising from participation in any fitness class.

This includes but is not limited to injury, illness, property loss, or exposure to communicable diseases.

By signing below, I confirm that:

• I am at least 18 years old
• I have read and fully understand this waiver
• I voluntarily agree to all terms and conditions outlined above
• I acknowledge participation in fitness classes is at my own risk
