By reserving or participating in any class, session, or program offered by Hustleholics Private Training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

1. Assumption of Risk

Participation in physical exercise, including but not limited to strength training, resistance training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), conditioning circuits, weightlifting, and other fitness activities involves inherent risks.

These risks may include, but are not limited to:
	•	Muscle strains or tears
	•	Sprains or ligament injuries
	•	Joint injuries
	•	Slips, falls, or equipment-related injuries
	•	Cardiovascular complications
	•	Dizziness or fainting due to physical exertion
	•	Injuries resulting from physical contact or proximity to other participants

By participating in any class or training session, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activity.

2. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and discharge Hustleholics Private Training, its owner, trainers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, illness, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of participation in any training session, class, or activity.

This includes injuries resulting from:
	•	Physical exertion
	•	Equipment use
	•	Trainer instruction
	•	Facility conditions
	•	Accidental contact with other participants

Participation in all activities is voluntary and at your own risk.

3. Equipment Use

Participants understand that classes may involve the use of equipment including but not limited to:
	•	Barbells
	•	Dumbbells
	•	Kettlebells
	•	Resistance bands
	•	Cardio machines
	•	Other strength and conditioning equipment

Participants agree to follow all trainer instructions and use equipment responsibly.

Improper use of equipment may increase the risk of injury.

4. Health & Medical Responsibility

Participants acknowledge that they are physically capable of participating in exercise.

Participants agree to:
	•	Inform the trainer of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations
	•	Stop exercising immediately if they feel pain, dizziness, nausea, or discomfort
	•	Seek medical clearance from a physician if they have any health concerns prior to participating

Hustleholics Private Training does not provide medical advice or medical supervision.

5. Voluntary Participation & Self-Pacing

All exercises and workouts are voluntary.

Participants may stop, modify, or reduce the intensity of any exercise at any time.

While trainers provide instruction and guidance, participants are responsible for monitoring their own physical condition and exertion level.

Hustleholics Private Training and its staff are not responsible for injuries resulting from participants exceeding their own physical limits or choosing to continue exercising despite fatigue, discomfort, or pain.

6. Emergency Medical Consent

In the event of an injury or medical emergency, participants authorize Hustleholics Private Training staff to seek emergency medical care if necessary.

Participants understand they are responsible for any medical costs incurred.

7. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hustleholics Private Training, its owner, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, legal actions, or liabilities arising from participation in any training session or class.

8. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Group class reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time.
	•	Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable and non-transferable.
	•	Failure to attend a reserved class may result in the loss of that session.

This policy allows us to maintain limited class sizes and give other participants the opportunity to attend.

9. Late Arrival Policy

Participants arriving late may not be permitted to join class once the workout has started if the warm-up has been missed.

This policy exists to reduce the risk of injury and ensure participant safety.

10. Photo & Video Release

Photos and videos may be taken during training sessions and group classes for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.

By participating in classes, participants consent to the use of their image in such materials.

If a participant does not wish to appear in photos or videos, they must notify the trainer before the start of class.

11. Code of Conduct

Participants agree to follow all trainer instructions and gym rules.

Hustleholics Private Training reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful to staff or other members.
