Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING
By participating in an event organized by InsightxRun (including, but not limited to, group runs, outdoor workouts, fitness events, and recreational activities), I acknowledge and agree to the following:


Voluntary Participation

I am participating voluntarily and understand that these activities involve physical exertion and inherent risks, including but not limited to: falls, collisions, heat-related illness, dehydration, overexertion, equipment failure, traffic accidents, or interactions with other participants or the environment.


Health Declaration

I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. I take full responsibility for monitoring my own health and condition during the activity.


Assumption of Risk

I understand the nature of the activity and knowingly assume all known and unknown risks associated with my participation, including personal injury, illness (including but not limited to COVID-19), property loss or damage, or death.


Release of Liability

I release and discharge InsightxRun, its organizers, volunteers, affiliates, sponsors, partners, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation—whether caused by negligence or otherwise.


Photo & Media Release

I authorize InsightxRun to use any photos, videos, or media in which I appear, for promotional purposes including social media, websites, and event materials, without compensation or approval.


Legal Agreement

I understand that this waiver will be valid for all InsightxRun activities I attend, unless I provide written notice to revoke it. I confirm I am 18 years or older (or have a legal guardian’s permission), and I agree that this waiver shall be governed under the laws of the State of New Jersey.

        7. Consideration & Binding Effect
         I understand that by signing this waiver, I am giving up legal rights, including the right to sue. I      acknowledge that this release is a binding legal agreement and that I am signing it in consideration of being permitted to participate in InsightxRun events. I do so freely and voluntarily, intending it to be legally binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.
