This beginner break dancing class introduces the fundamentals of breaking in a fun, supportive environment. Class focuses on basic toprock, footwork, rhythm, and foundational floor movements that build coordination, strength, and control.

You’ll learn how to move with bounce and groove, transition safely to the floor, and begin exploring classic breaking elements at an accessible pace. Emphasis is placed on learning the foundations correctly while keeping the class upbeat and encouraging.
