Start your day with a high-energy, low-effort yoga class followed by a casual breakfast social with new friends ☀️ Your ticket includes both the yoga class and breakfast afterward. &#x20;



7-7:25a:  Start your day with a high energy, low-effort yoga class for all levels in the park! We'll do a 25 min practice with a power yoga flow followed by a restorative stretching cooldown. &#x20;



7:30-8a:  Then we'll walk over to our pirate meditation studio where we'll be serving a casual breakfast with new friends! \[Feel free to hang a little longer if you have extra time before work!] &#x20;



We’ll text you the exact meetup location inside Lincoln Park the day of the event. &#x20;



BRING YOUR OWN MAT please! Or Venmo me $5 extra if you'd like to borrow one.  Spots are $25 early bird \[happening for another week or so, then $30 after that] and limited due to the size of the studio for breakfast after, so grab your ticket as soon as you can!&#x20;
