This beat-driven flow will get you moving, sweating, and fully in your body. A live DJ set fuels the practice as we move through an energizing sequence blending breath, rhythm, and community.&#xA;&#xA;Come ready to flow, feel the beat, and move under the open Vegas sky.&#xA;&#xA;Schedule:&#xA;7:00 PM — Arrival + check-in&#xA;7:30–8:30 PM — Breath & Beats yoga experience&#xA;8:30 PM onward — After party at F the Bar &#xA;&#xA;Stick around after class to hang, connect, and keep the vibes going at F the Bar right at Fergusons.&#xA;&#xA;**Bring a mat, water, and your homies — all tickets are 2 for 1!**

BREATH & BEATS LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

By participating in Breath & Beats, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
    I understand that Breath & Beats is a physical wellness event that may include yoga, stretching, movement, breathwork, music, and other physical activities. I understand that participation carries inherent risks including, but not limited to: muscle strain, falls, dehydration, dizziness, injury, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, or other physical discomfort.

I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.

2. HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGMENT
    I certify that I am physically capable of participating in this activity and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to participation if I have concerns regarding my health or physical condition.

I agree to immediately stop participation if I feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort.

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
    In consideration of being permitted to participate in Breath & Beats, I hereby release and discharge Breath & Beats, its organizers, instructors, DJs, venue partners, employees, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or damages arising out of or related to participation in the event, including injuries, property damage, or loss, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. OUTDOOR EVENT CONDITIONS
    I understand that Breath & Beats may take place outdoors and that weather, uneven ground, heat, noise levels, lighting conditions, and other environmental factors may create additional risks. I voluntarily assume these risks.
5. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
    I agree to participate mindfully and within my own limits. I understand that I am responsible for bringing any necessary personal items, including water, appropriate clothing, sunscreen, and yoga equipment.
6. MEDIA RELEASE
    I understand that photographs and video footage may be taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes. By participating, I grant Breath & Beats permission to use my image, likeness, and voice in photographs, videos, social media, and promotional materials without compensation or further approval.
7. NO REFUNDS / EVENT CHANGES
    I understand that event details, including location, timing, instructors, DJs, or format, may change due to weather, venue requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. Ticket purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the event organizers.
8. AGREEMENT
    By attending or participating in Breath & Beats, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms.
