We’ll begin with an all-levels yoga flow focused on gentle movement, breathwork, and releasing tension. After class, stay and enjoy a beautifully curated brunch experience while connecting with like-minded women in a relaxed, uplifting environment.

We do not offer refunds. If the event needs to be canceled due to weather, a rain date will be offered. Attendees acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks and hazards associated with the event activities.
