Breathe Brutha is an intentional wellness experience created for men seeking space to be, remember who they are, exhale what they've been carrying, awaken to the present moment, trust themselves and one another, heal through authentic connection, and evolve together.

Through guided breathwork, meditation, meaningful reflection, and honest conversation, each gathering offers an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and return to what matters most: presence, peace, and stillness.&#x20;

If you have personal safety concerns or would prefer not to be featured in close-up photography or video, please notify an event facilitator before the gathering begins. While we cannot guarantee you will not appear incidentally in wide shots or crowd footage, we will make reasonable efforts to honor your request whenever possible.
