### **Rooftop Sculpt (40 Minutes)**

Led by [**Paige McCarthy**](https://www.instagram.com/thewellthypaige/), We’ll begin with an energizing, all-levels rooftop pilates and barre fusion session designed to awaken the body, open the heart, and align your energy for the season ahead. Expect intentional movement, grounding cues, and space to breathe deeply above the noise of the city.



### **Guided Breathwork (10 Minutes)**

Led by **Kass Gomez**, Trauma-Informed Certified Breathwork Facilitator and Founder of [**Inspired Warrior Project**](https://www.instagram.com/inspiredwarriorproject/), this guided breathwork session supports nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and internal spaciousness.

Breath is the bridge, from tension to release, from overwhelm to alignment.
